1. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must have an active paid membership on our website. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
2. Affiliate Registration
Once you purchase an eligible membership, you may be automatically enrolled in the Affiliate Program or may be required to activate your affiliate account through the affiliate dashboard. Approval is subject to our review.
3. Referral & Tracking
Affiliate referrals are tracked using unique referral links or codes provided in your affiliate dashboard.
We are not responsible for referrals that are not properly tracked due to technical issues, browser settings, or incorrect usage of referral links.
4. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn $10 per month for each active referred membership.
- A minimum of 3 active referrals is required to fully cover the monthly membership fee.
- Any active referrals beyond this limit will generate monthly store credit, which can be used to purchase goods or services from our store.
- No cash payouts are provided unless explicitly stated.
5. Active Membership Requirement
Commissions and credits are earned only while both the affiliate and the referred member have active memberships.
If a referred membership is canceled, expired, or refunded, the associated commission or credit will be revoked.
6. Store Credit Usage
Store credits:
- Are issued on a monthly basis
- Can only be used on our website
- Are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must NOT:
- Engage in spam, misleading advertising, or false claims
- Use paid ads that impersonate our brand without permission
- Create fake accounts or self-referrals
- Abuse the referral system in any form
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and loss of earned credits.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe there has been a violation of these terms or misuse of the program.
9. Program Modifications
We may update, modify, or terminate the Affiliate Program, commission structure, or terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or accidental damages related to affiliate participation, tracking errors, or loss of earnings.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By joining and participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
